Wow I haven't even scheduled my first appointment and the process is already painful. Called to make appointment, was told my PCP needs to send a referral. Had questions about treatment methods and insurance: had to call two different numbers to get answers. Got the referral sent and called to check on status. Was transferred to three different numbers to find out they see the referral but hasn't been processed and to call back in 2 days.
