I arrived at this Redwood City facility patient drop off / pick up with two senior residential passengers from my memory care department in Palo Alto, one who is permanently in a wheelchair and their spouse who cannot walk long distances, and we were greeted very rudely by the outpatient nurse in navy color scrubs.
