I arrived at this Redwood City facility patient drop off / pick up with two senior residential passengers from my memory care department in Palo Alto, one who is permanently in a wheelchair and their spouse who cannot walk long distances, and we were greeted very rudely by the outpatient nurse in navy color scrubs. The medical care seems good. But the administrative support is a nightmare. You will get lost in their bureaucracy. Simple things like appointments are difficult to do, and very time consuming. The same for getting records sent to other health care providers. They ordered tests which were unnecessary. If you want more stress in your life, go here.
