Very patient-centered care!
Dr.Costello was AMAZING. I brought my son in for an emergency. My son was seen timely by the triage staff and was brought in to see the ER doc. Dr Costello came in and professionally assessed the situation and immediately took action to take care of him. It was simple, to the point, and thorough. You can tell he has skill and experience under his belt. Dr C’s fast acting ability and calm demeanor meant the world to our family. Thank you so much!
I went with my mom for her first visit there and the staff are super rude I regret switching her from PAMF honestly, the staff needs to learn how to deal with patients
I just fell inside their er as I was leaving. As a medical patient they made me wait 2 hours for treatment for shift change. Serious infection, not catchable, but no blood work taken? I'm on meds which compromise my immune system too. You need to fill out paperwork anytime a patient falls in your hospital period
