It's waiting and waiting and waiting. And most of the people are seen based on their dominance and ethnicity cause my daughter have been dying from pain and 7 other patients coming after her has been served before her. She was sitting here crying and I was hopeless. I thing it's time to work on the system of the way they check the patients. I saw a lot of favoritism there.
The worst Emergency ever. We have been here for hours and four other customers came after us have been served but we were still waiting with the pain level of 10.
The worst answer I have ever received from a receptionist after I complained that it's been hours my wife is here and tens of other patients coming after her are being served. She says it's on the basis of severity despite we are here for hours and my wife was dying from pain. Despite telling again and again, we are kept waiting. I don't know who's in the upper management but this discrimination is not tolerable. You guys have to work on it.
