Care for patience and they know what the are doing
My personal experience with Stanford has always been great! My son is a heart patient and has always had the BEST care through Stanford!! They saved his life in 2014 and I will forever be grateful� as for myself I am a patient with Stanford as well for my diagnoses and I always feel comfort when I come down to my appointments, I feel safe and the care is so awesome� I wouldn't chose to go anywhere else�
As a visitor, it seemed as they we were in the twilight zone... everyone was happy to help, eager to explain, great attitude and smiles, so unlike most hospitals we have been to over the years. Also, truly appreciated after drive several hours to get there to see friends in your care.
My visit to Stanford medical hospital was over the top! It was a positive experience from the minute I was admitted until they wheeled me out the front door. It is refreshing to see that everyone I came in contact seemed to love their job and wanted to make sure that I had everything I needed to make me comfortable. They treated me like I was part of their family. I will be forever grateful!! Awesome job!!
I am amazed at the quality of attention and care I have received at Stanford. I haven't been hospitalized before since I had my child 28 years ago, but I have had loved ones that were hospitalized at various other places. I can definitely say that the doctors, nurses, techs, and entire staff has been attentive, helpful, friendly, and efficient. I am so glad that I had my experience here.
