Had Chris come out for me to measure some windows back in November. He kept putting us off always saying I'll be there next week or just ignoring our phone calls. We still have yet to have our window fixed. If you have window needs that require a company to come out and Install the glass I would recommend some other company. I can understand if a company is having a hard time getting product or helpers. But if that is the case I would rather be told that than ignored or them saying we will be there next week for weeks and ne... read more
Wonderful customer service. Very friendly. Cut the piece of glass I needed while I waited. They were able to perfectly reproduce my table top from the broken pieces I brought in. It fit like the original.

I called this company for an estimate to replace my window panes. The person who talked to me was really nice. Took my name and told me he would call back. I have called back twice and left two messages. It is clear they are refusing to pick up my call as they don’t want my business. Not sure why companies don’t understand professionalism.
