The Dominican girl at the front desk was amazing. Always asking if I needed help with the paperwork. Sorry i forgot to ask you name. And the radiologist was very helpful and quick with the MRI. Amazing place. If they were a regular doctors office i would go there all the time. They are amazing!
Good experience with lurdes
I had 2 MRI done there. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful the technician Lourdes was absolutely the best. I've had over 10 done and this experience was smooth and easy. I highly recommend going here if you need an MRI 👍👍
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my MRI appointment on December 6 at 9:00 AM. Your office left me multiple messages instructing me to arrive by 8:45 AM, which I did. However, upon arrival, the front desk informed me that I would have to wait an additional hour because “two people were ahead of me” and that my appointment had been given away due to an alleged failure to confirm.
