I thought excellent customer service was no longer something you would experience in South Florida until I went to Stand Up MRI on Sheridan St. The registration attendant, the technician were very professional and welcoming. The staff at this location is the best.

Just want to thank Nicholas and his entire team for their outstanding care and professionalism during my recent MRI. They did everything possible to make me comfortable and stress-free in what could have been a very stressful situation. 5 stars are not enough, I would give them 10 stars if I could.
I’m so grateful that words cannot begin to cover the depths of it. They put my favorite show on and being able to watch it during the procedure helped A LOT. The staff was so kind and patient with me, that I was finally able to have my brain scanned. I’m claustrophobic and I have panic attacks, so I have tried before having it done elsewhere and it wasn’t possible. These technicians were amazing, the installations make it doable for people like me. I am so thankful I came across this place! 🙏🏻
