I can't begin to sing the praises of Edith Austin enough. Edith was with us each step of the way from buying the new home to readying and staging our home to have it ready to sell. She promised she'd sell our house in a week and my husband and I were both dubious. Turns out she was wrong - it SOLD in ONLY 3 days - two contract offers at full price! Hope Wells is THE BEST. When I needed to find the perfect house for me she was on it. And I mean on it. Seriously.
