just picked up a beautiful used 2016 Ford Edge. Daniela (my salesperson) was great. No pressure sales. She was very helpful and really knew her stuff. Dom was great. He makes you feel like you are his most important customer. Bob (the business guy) was also great. Very smooth going over all that paperwork to finalize things. I bought 2016 navigator from Stamford Lincoln and it was a excellent experience and Richard was 1st class. Service is great to, definitely going back when 2018 navigator comes out.
My wife and I were referred to Stamford Ford by a friend who had gotten 2 leases there to a sales associate named Lena. We told her what we were looking for and our budget, and she quickly got back to us with a beautiful used Lincoln MKX, which we bought. Everything from the test drive to the customer service by not only Lena, but also Richard and Dan, the tech specialist, was friendly and first class. It was by far the best car-buying experience we've ever had. Highly recommend.
