I wouldn’t recommend the dealership or especially the service department after the nightmare of the last 6 weeks. I dropped of my car in the first week of October and just picked it up yesterday. The car has scratches and blemishes that weren’t there when it was dropped off. The exhaust is rattling and wasn’t secured properly, and that’s just the work. I have to say that I am really disappointed in how ford has handled this recall. Not only does no one call back, it has been 6 weeks since our car has not gone into repair. They gave us a rental “comparable” and when my husband picked it up at enterprise they did not give him an SUV. We have 2 children and have the need for an SUV and own an SUV. When they called him back after several messages left for head of sales and owner, we were told that we have to pay for the rental and also exchange the car for a sedan because that... read more
Mistakes are a part of business and when a business works hard to redeem themselves I want to make this known! Good Customer service is expected. My experience was based on a lack of communication on a repair of my new Ford Explorer last week. I won't bore you with the particulars, but the service department made amends and got the job done in a timely manner this week so solving the problem. Thank you Trevor and staff for getting the repair done and me back on the road!
