So excited for our new Ford car and couldn’t ask for better service.
Communicate with your clients ..... It takes 6 calls leaving messages each time only to get a return call days later. They'll take your money ($38,000) promptly, but you'll be foolish to expect your vehicle delivered promptly. Once is enough for me.

She is delightful to deal with and makes sure she follows through on everything she has promised for the repairs on your vehicle. It was a pleasure dealing with the staff at Stamford Ford Service Department, Parts Department, and sales. I wish them continued success.
