The service department is the slowest thing possible it should not take over a hour and a half for a oil change. Can happily say I will never come back here for a oil change!
Excellent service! Gregg and Scott in the Service Department are wonderful. They are courteous, professional and always greet me with a smile. Checking in my car for service is easy and quick. The guys that check-in my car at the garage bay always say hello and are very nice. Highly recommend Stamford Ford Lincoln!!
They do a good job of making sure their customers are satisfied. As with any car, things aren't always perfect, but you always get follow up, and they do their best to ensure customers are happy.
