Great customer service. Their craftsmanship is top-notch.
I have never had such a horrible customer experience. They kept pushing me back on the schedule for months, they tried to overcharge me, then Shane Shotwell, who was absent throughout the entire process, called and reamed me out when I dared ask to have something fixed. I will gladly share photos with anyone who wants to see their work.
