This place is a joke of a business. I asked for a single color process and all I barely got was a root touch up (now my hair is two different colors). When I asked about pulling the color through I was told that it would cost extra. Regina, the "stylist," also said she was "newer" to the salon and herself had questioned the owners about the fact that the website does not state that a single color process is only a root touch up.
