I would like to thank Jim for coming out to the house yesterday to diagnose a problem with my washer. He ran a diagnostic and suggested that the problem was water supply. We investigated and found out that the whole house water filter needed changed. We just moved in 3 months ago and did not even think about the water filter. Now everything is working great!!
