they came out to repair or dryer told us it would be $50 for labor plus parts came out charges $50 and didn't do anything
After a horrid experience with the first repair company they sent out, we were not getting our hopes up after requesting another company... However, what a relief to have nice, respectful, TRUTHFUL, patient, intelligent, and most of all, he let me speak and he actually listened. Lesson learned do not let warranty dept automatically pick some big city company. Ask a for Staffords, if you want a nice hometown respectful company! Adam arrived on time, listened patiently to what was going on with our refrigerator, tried different things to correct the issue...just an awesome service call. Had to buy a part, but, once again, showed up on time, installed it and very pleased! Thank you!
The service call was the same day as my call. Jim was friendly and thoroughly discussed what he was doing and why. I appreciated his service.
Repairs on both a washer and refrigerator. Adam was timely, neat, courteous and professional. He answered any and all questions I had. Follow-up call after service to insure all was going well was much appreciated and unexpected.
