Utter scam. Claims to be student housing, but isn't optimal for students at all unless they're rich and not receiving financial aid. Makes you pay for days you aren't allowed to live there, doesn't offer a true year lease and over charges for everything. If you sign a lease from them, maybe have a lawyer present. Greedy corporation looking to take as much money from poor college kids as possible.
This place is honestly just made to take your money. All the amenities that they offer like the hot tubs are barely ever working. One is always set to 60 degrees and the other isn't even on. It takes the repair guys forever to do repairs and everything seems to be centered on making residents think that there are a lot of perks to living here but nothing is ever usable. Really friendly staff, great location, and 24 hour gym are just some of the many reasons to think about Stadium View. Rushed construction at the beginning of the year was a concern, but now has been taken care of. Plenty of events coordinated by the office to stay entertained as well.
Really enjoy living here at SV. I especially like all the dogs because it gives my puppy something to do! The staff in the leasing office is great and always helpful!
I love living here. It is a great community and everyone is very friendly. There is no better community for students in Bozeman!
