Moved in my daughter on August 12. She is a transfer student. We came from Virginia, a very short stay. The whole apartment was filthy. We had to clean in order to get her settled. The place had been empty since April. The refrigerator was full of spoiled food. Drinks were left on the counter and stuck to the sink. They were filled with mold. Went to move daughter and 3 roommates in today to their 4 bed/4 bath. Mold in freezer and refrigerator, smoke smell throughout, doors ripped off their hinges, tv missing (told it was stolen), door jamb splintered and ripped off the wall, carpet FILTHY and smelly, screens not in windows, smoke detectors not hooked up. How they felt this was “move-in” ready was BEYOND me. Looked for other unit to put them in; none available. Over priced, shady rent agreements, ie paying for a total not actual rent to make the month to month seem less tan the already high amount it is...hi pressure sales and false amenities, pay the sam and go to the Arrow, at least they got a pool
Rent elsewhere if possible.
Make your office open during the proper hours, fix things in the apartments quickly, patch the massive holes punched into the stairwells, sweep the stairwells once in a blue moon, actually follow the terms of the lease when adding new people or allowing room changes, lower the cost for sub par apartments, include the things that were marketed (non functional fire pit, non existent hot tub), refill the ink in the printer provided, salt the side walks so they aren't solid ice. Just a few things really.
RecommendedConner and Chelsey were so helpful! From the moment we walked in the door they greeted us and made us feel right at home! We got a tour of the facility (which was great and has lots to offer) filled out the application and had an approval the next morning! My son is super excited to finish off his last year at MSU in such a nice place! Thank you Conner, Chelsey and Ryan for everything you did for him!!!
I have lived here for almost three years and loved it. I love the staff and love the other residents. Puppy play dates all day every day :) I am going to miss this place!
