RecommendedI lived in Stadium View for 2 years and I truly enjoyed it. It was close to campus, so I walked a lot of the time. I also met one of my best friends now there the first year that I lived there. To some people it may seem a bit expensive, but there are a lot of amenities that are included. For example, the tanning bed, gym, and lots of quite study space.
If you only do one thing right in your whole life, make sure it's not moving to this apartment. The building feel like there were constructed during the Soviet Bloc. The appliances are cheap and fail regularly. My lighting fixture literally exploded and threw the circuit breaker. The leasing office persistently invades our privacy by doing inspections. Angela in the leasing office is so personable and easy to get along with. She has a beautiful smile that radiates every room she walks into. (she also helps with printer problems and gives great food recommendations.)
Rachel at Stadium View Apartments is the best! She always puts a smile on my face at the Concierge desk and helps me with any questions/concerns. Highly recommend living here!
They are not upfront with their costs, be careful. For example you pay for all of August but can NOT move in until the very last week. There is $13 a month hidden charge for insurance.
Stadium View is apart of my delivery route and they are my absolute favorite stop. The staff is always very professional and friendly. My favorite part about this stop is the office dog, Moose!
The hallways and stairwells are filthy!!!! The hot tubs were to cold to use and the dog poop all over on the ground is a bit out of hand.
