I called and explained how my pain I was experiencing with a particular tooth was near unbearable. I was a new patient and they still managed to get me in promptly. They discussed my options and I chose to have the tooth extracted. I thought they would just set up an appointment but the dentist said "let's get this tooth out so you're not in pain all weekend" he talked me through the entire process.
