I want to be fair — there was a waitlist when we arrived, so I understand the place was busy. However, despite that, we specifically asked for a sofa seat but were instead placed in high chairs without any proper explanation, even when other customers seemed to be accommodated differently. What really stood out was the staff’s attitude, which felt rude and dismissive.
