First time at stacked. Very good food. Ordering from the iPad's took some getting used to but easy to use. We will definitely come back.

Terrible Dining Experience! Both ordered at same time. He got his sandwich - I never got mine!!!! Thank God we had ordered a salad! Manager finally arrived at our table and apologized. Offered to pack my sandwich "to go". Also offered Cookies as a peace offering. What a joke! he had said to heat cookies in Microwave to soften. These Chocolate Chip cookies were burned rock hard black! Yuk and more yuk! Sandwich I ordered was not very good either. Booth was filthy! Water was cloudy! OMG!!! Thousand Oaks! Had the blackened chicken with jalapeno bacon and onion straws, which was divine.
If you love service being limited to a computer and overpriced burgers this is the place for you!
