On September 23, we had the pleasure of being in the Backstage 100 at the Central Washington State Fair. I have been doing this for the past 5 years and have always received a fantastic meal. However, this year the fairgrounds hired a new caterer to do the meals, Staci's Catering. I was extremely disappointed by the food! It was basic Italian food that night, something that should be easy for a caterer to pull off, but it was flavorless with horrible presentation. No one at our table even enjoyed one item.
