It was great
Don’t go to S Crane for anything serious, go downstate. Tried to get help for a neck injury - she failed to explore any other avenues and missed that c6 was injured. Came back in a second time saw her assistant,who told me to get a pounding vibrator to work out the kinks in my neck. WELL 2 years later I found a neurosurgeon in Grand Rapids who found the problem Crane wasn’t interested in even looking for anything serious especially since I have Ankloyosis Spondylitis -ended up with a fused neck and plate.
Stacey Crane and her staff do a great job of explaining what is going on and helping schedule follow up appointments. They really care about my health and do their very best to make sure I'm satisfied.
Stacey listens carefully and is very thorough in diagnosing issues presented. She is very professional and easy to speak with. I trust her with my care.
