Same day service on a fridge that wasn't cooling... I didn't even lose any food!
Ray and his team went above and beyond for us. Our A/C went out when it was about 95 degrees outside. They came within a couple of hours and made the determination that a new unit was needed. We had some issues with the new unit and Ray came out again on a Sunday to diagnose our issue. They made a couple of simple but time consuming (for them) changes and we are amazed at how much more efficiently our unit is functioning. Our old unit could never keep up when it was over 85 degrees and this new unit can keep up in 95+ degree... read more
Staats did an amazing job maintaining my furnace this past week. Staff was extremely helpful and the technician did an awesome job....I now have heat!!!
We needed emergency service for a gas leak in our stove top. The service man checked it over and found a leak in the gas hose. He capped it off and we were referred to a plumber to put in a new line. The Staats service was great, prompt and very courteous. They came to the rescue in a very dangerous situation. Thanks Staats.
they just finished installing a new air condt and furnace in my house , everything went great , they were very polite and hard working guys , they laid tarps down and cleaned up the area and hauled everything away , the sales guy was straight forward and honest and the price was fair !
