Our air went down on Sunday afternoon on a holiday weekend. Joe came out and gave us an honest answer! We decided to wait and get a quote for a whole new system. Thank you Ray for coming out today, and being honest about what we needed! He was awesome about getting us back up and running till our new system can be installed...AT NO CHARGE since we bought our system through him. I can't say enough how great that is! He is a great guy, and I'm pretty impressed!! Thanks again, I highly recommend Staats!!!!
The tech came to service our dishwasher and the made a false statement/report to our home warranty and cost us a second opinion and $175 extra in replacing a drain line that wasn’t clogged just because he didn’t take the time to investigate. Assuming can be a costly thing when dealing with the consumer.
I was going to have our oven serviced and the technician called ahead, listened to my problem and explained the best way to go about it without damaging my oven or charging me a dime! Thank you Staats!
My first impression of Staats started with the person that answered the phone. She was excellent; very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and precise.
