Ray Perry came out to give me a quote on replacing my 41 year old furnace and air conditioner. He spent a lot of time explaining different options and his recommendations. He sent 2 of his installers (Chris and Josh) to install the new system on May 6th and 7th and they did a great job and didn’t leave a mess after. I highly recommend Ray and his team.

Ray and company did a yeoman's job of installing a new furnace on short order in these freezing temps. A big shout out for exceptional customer service and delivering on what is promised. Thanks again folks foe all the effort and extreme efficiency getting us up and running.

I've had to use these guys 2 or 3 times now. I can't say enough good about the work they do. Always polite on the phone, super fast to respond to a service call, and some of the friendliest people I've dealt with.

Ray put in a new furnace and AC unit at our home! He gave us an honestly good deal and his guys were quick, efficient, clean and super nice! I've been working with Ray Perry and Staats for over 10 years... I wouldn't do business anywhere else!

I appreciate your prompt service! My refrigerator stopped working this morning and the service tech arrived by noon (called first so I could make sure someone was there), diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour. Friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and will use them again if need be!
