I was told I needed a CPAP machine which I immediatley signed up. Then found out the doctor filled out my diagnosis incorrect. Insurance was denied, I was then told I needed a second study done with a corrected diagnosis. When I confronted Med-South I was told I would not be charged for second study. I just received a collection notice. Stay clear.....
Ms. Kendra provided an exceptional experience. She explained everything in detail, demonstrated how to properly use the equipment, and thoroughly addressed all of my questions.
