The emergency room doctors and nurses does not do their jobs responsibly I've been at this hospital since 2:45 this morning with my family member that came in by ambulance and they have failed to do any thing besides drug her and keep her sedated instead of ordering or MRI CT scan or anything in that nature I was strongly suggest going to another hospital and not coming here
DO NOT USES THIS CO. OH, THEY ARE SO, NICE TO SALE YOU SOMETHING. BUT, FOR GET IT IF YOU NEED HELP AFTER THE SALE.
We came in yesterday needing guidance on taking our Mother home from the hospital and we could not have walked in to a more helpful place! Our Mother is upstairs in the hospital, we do not know if we are coming or going we walked in and in minutes Lori, Elizabeth and Iyana were telling us options and qualifications of beds, wheelchairs, home vents, Bipap, specialty mattresses…. We had no idea any of this was available. They went over pricing , we left feeling so much better. Thank you St Vincent’s home medical!
They would not return a phone call about a problem with an oxygen generator. AVOID this business at all cost!!!!
