Never follow up on calls about equipment. Leave messages and someone always says they will call back but they never do. It took months to get my dad’s scooter with no explanation.
I took my Father in last week to get his Cpap and it was a wonderful experience. Charles explained in detail to my Dad how to use it, answered all our questions and let us know he was available if we needed him after that. We were greeted with friendly faces when we walked in the doors. Great job St Vincent’s Home Medical!
Charles will not return a call. He is the worst I’ve ever seen. Unfortunately my Cpap Doctor uses them, and I have to walk a mile when I go there for anything. Do not use them.
My home oxygen concentrator stopped working last week. I called and a very nice person took care of me and ordered one to be brought to my home. I was told that the yellow light would come on for 3 minutes then the green light would come on. That afternoon when I needed it the yellow light did not go off and it started beeping. Hospital was very busy. Long wait in waiting room. Was there from 9;30 am to 3:30 waiting on some relief. Very pleasant nurses, they seem generally concerned with our issues.
