Once you get out of the waiting room and back to see the doctor it's not bad. But, you will wait forever in the waiting room.
The staff here is wonderful. Very caring and kind
Despite being cram packed, everybody was very friendly & caring. I love the new location & much needed larger waiting area. I was relieved they had bench seating, that provided my 3 yo daughter a comfortable place to lay while we waited for an exam room. The staff and Dr's are always so friendly and helpful!
Well I was there late so it was packed. But after I went back the staff was great and Dr. Hunter was very nice and friendly.
Dr. Hunter is amazing, he helped my 10month old daughter..
If anyone has any medical issues, I highly recommend St. Mary's Westside Crossing. I was having serious issues breathing and my inhaler was empty. When I got there, they saw that I was struggling and took me into a room immediately. Gave me a shot and had me do a breathing treatment. I was out of there in 30 minutes feeling 100 times better. Mad props to the nurses and Dr. Hunter.
2:45 minutes wait time for a physical plus an 1:15 in the room getting one. Ridiculous people !!!
