Been here almost 2 hours and haven’t seen anyone. The place is not busy..should have gone to Deconess. I won’t make this mistake again!

I don't think that they understand the term Urgent care. I was there almost 2 hours and had to go to work, never got to see the Dr. I just needed a prescription for my respiratory infection. At least I got my copay back

I went here for the first time this morning. I usually go to the east side location. I won’t be returning. I arrived at 9:20. They opened at 9:00. After returning the tablet they gave me to fill out my info, I waited to be called. It wasn’t very busy. The waiting room was more than half empty (the opposite of the east side). After about an hour, I asked if I was overlooked. I was told that people are called in the order that they returned their tablet. Here’s the thing. My son and I both needed to see a doctor after suffering from a lower GI bug for the better part of a week so we went here. I completely expected a long wait, being the day after thanksgiving. I didn’t expect the nurses or doctor to never ask about preexisting conditions (of which i have many) and never do a physical exam. Doc never really looked at my son and def didn’t touch either of us. After the visit, we had to wait for 15 mins for the nurse to print off our visit summary. 😡 I am appreciative of them working on a holi... read more

Beautiful facility, polite, personable staff. Wait time was a bit long, but then it was in and out. So nice to have this SV facility on the west side!

Had to bring my granddaughter in and I think we picked a really good time because we didn’t have to wait long at all. Madi didn’t like the swab up her nose but the nurse was so sweet with her. I think we waited maybe 15 -20 mins for the dr to come in for the results and unfortunately she tested positive for the flu. They answered all of Madi’s questions that she had and made her feel at ease!
