I waited 1 hr in the sitting room...1 hr in the room while waiting on Doctor, 2 hrs. Of coughing people, the doctor was great, but the wait was awful.
We checked in online so we waited for our appointment and didn't have to wait more than 10-15 minutes. Staff and our doctor were Amazing!!!
This place has a very helpful and pleasant staff!

I recomend anyone needing medical service for there illness to st marys urgent care west
They were all awesome and very helpful. Didn't make me feel as though I was being an over protective mom when it came to coming in like E.R's usually do. They helped figure it out and knew exactly what rest to run to get my diagnoses quick. Now my baby girl is already inproving.. I can't thank them enough.
