The nurses and staff could not have been a better group of people. From start to finish a seamless and easy process. They made my wife and me feel comfortable immediately. We were able to interact with numerous nurses, all just as kind and nice as the next. Dealing with the public is not an easy job sometimes. To do it with excellence and kindness takes a special person, and they all work on the 2 floor surgery center at U A B/ St Vincent's. We can't thank you enough. Very much appreciated. Take care .

My 5 year old had her tonsils and adenoids removed and tubes placed in her ears. Dr.Clark was amazing from the office visit to the surgery department. He was so knowledgeable and took his time without making us feel rushed. I have to brag on RN Jenifer, she was absolutely PHENOMENAL, kind, loving and caring! She was the best nurse I think I have ever dealt with!
I had such a pleasant experience here. From check in, to all the nurses, everyone was kind and compassionate during one of the worst days of my life. I don’t think I can ever thank them enough for the wonderful care provided.
I was supposed to arrive at 8:00 (confirmed appointment). They told me my appointment wasn’t until 9:00, so I had to wait. The pre-op nurse was great. I was told because of pre-op procedures, the anesthesiologist would give me medicine before the procedures began and make sure I was relaxed before going thru my needle localization. He gave me Valium, which did not work. The procedure was worse than I could have imagined. I did not get into the OR until 2:50.
