They wouldn’t let me back with my wife so I could explain what was going on with her since she was not coherent. As a result she sat four hours in pain with severe health problems!
SVE ortho floor is awesome. I wish I could say the same about their billing department. Owed a refund from them. Told it will be 2-3 months before I’ll receive it, yet it was demanded up front for my surgery.
I arrived at the ER at 9:00 PM and I signed in. That was a bad experience. Then the young lady in triage was very kind and concerned. After I finally got put in a room in the ER I was greeted by a nurse named Kimberly. She was not a good nurse she was a great nurse. She did everything a nurse could possibly do and then some she did it cheerfully and lovingly. She had a great personality and sense of humor and she made my long stay almost enjoyable. Absolutely the worst experience imaginable . Cardiac patient treated as a number in the er upon arrival . Nurses without a clue on whats going on and doctors with no bed manners to follow up the visit . Discharge waiting time 5 hrs ! Never again
Emergency room was filthy. Dirt on floor and I V bottle cap on floor under bed. Staff was unfriendly. Looked like floor hadn’t been swept in days. You would think they would clean the emergency rooms each time a patient left.
Saint Vincent East Hospital is very lazy very sorry I will never go there again
