They wouldn’t let me back with my wife so I could explain what was going on with her since she was not coherent. As a result she sat four hours in pain with severe health problems!
The ER staff has been very nice and got my Mom into a room fast. Room was very clean. Staff was very nice and friendly. This was on the 5th Floor. Everyone was nice and professional.
SVE ortho floor is awesome. I wish I could say the same about their billing department. Owed a refund from them. Told it will be 2-3 months before I’ll receive it, yet it was demanded up front for my surgery.
I arrived at the ER at 9:00 PM and I signed in. That was a bad experience. Then the young lady in triage was very kind and concerned. After I finally got put in a room in the ER I was greeted by a nurse named Kimberly. She was not a good nurse she was a great nurse. She did everything a nurse could possibly do and then some she did it cheerfully and lovingly. She had a great personality and sense of humor and she made my long stay almost enjoyable. Absolutely the worst experience imaginable . Cardiac patient treated as a number in the er upon arrival . Nurses without a clue on whats going on and doctors with no bed manners to follow up the visit . Discharge waiting time 5 hrs ! Never again
My brother was a patient in the Covid ICU for the last week. The RN’s that took care of him were great. The doctors were absolutely the worst I have even seen in my over 30 years of medicine. Dr. Bantu, Dr. Lim and Dr. Schroeder are the most uncaring, unprofessional and incompetent physicians and should not be practicing medicine. Because of the poor care he received by these physicians, my 49yo brother died last night. Dr. Lim told us in the most cold uncaring way. Went to er yesterday for COVID issues. While there dealt with dr Dennis Jones and the nurse was named Nikki. They both did there jobs with a smile on their faces while being direct communicators in what was done and needed to be done for me. Thanks for your professionalism and getting me on the way to feeling better.
I was at the ER ON 12/23/20 and Andrew and the other nurse leading him, the security and two other male nurse to hold me down UNNECESSARY because I asked to have a Priest before any medical treatment. My Crucifix was broken I was hurt, bruised and restrained and to top the “power showdown “ they denied me the right to see the Priest who came to the door of the room but couldn’t enter instead they sent me a female pastor from a different religion.
