Have been trying to get a refund from St Vincent since last July for the amount of $103. I have lost track of how many phone calls I’ve made and been told it would be taken care of. To top it off I payed this bill promptly and was called twice after I had a confirmation number for payment asking me how I wanted to pay the bill that was already payed! They don’t think twice about sending a person to collections but it’s another story when they owe someone money. What kind of finance department is this anyway.
Where are my grandmother’s belongings? Somehow no one can answer as to her wedding rings. Come on.
The lab staff is amazing! Thank you to Jen, Carmen and Melanie for their skill and kindness while drawing blood from my grandson today. He is nonverbal and gets easily agitated. They worked as a team and showed kindness while getting the job done quickly! Great job ladies!

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to St.Vincent Kokomo. My insurance covered majority of my c-section in August then the left over ($750) was completely covered through charity which was a huge blessing being on maternity leave & my husband being laid off of work. Then during that same time off my insurance was dropped & my daughter was not covered for her 2 month check up which was her first round of shots that was going to cost over $800.
