They have a mandatory process of doing self check in, which was very difficult and confusing for my father. If I wasn’t wiTh him he would have been lost. The change to St Vincent from St Joseph is not going in a customer focused direction.
RecommendedI went in unable to walk or feed myself. 3 weeks later I walked out with no assistance as well as shower and dress myself independently. Their therapists and nurses were caring and knowledgeable.

I was able to have my child treated in the Emergency Room lobby NOT by a Dr/Nurse/Staff member after waiting way too long for the reason we were there. A child with preexisting breathing issues who has a blocked airway should not have to wait. Another person had to leave and go to Howard because they were having a serious emergency and couldn't get into a room either. Not a recommended hospital at all.

worst patient care I have ever experienced after sitting for 3 hours with not one nurse or doctor or anyone to check on someone in pain with a broken foot we left. I have never had to wait in an emergency room like that before. If you need help never go to this hospital
