I have been a patient many time at St. Vincent's once for 8 weeks. I have always received excellent care from most of the staff. I have an excellent team of doctors which helps. I have had some bad experiences with nurses but those were usually addressed right away by supervising staff. The one area that could use some work is those who transport patient to and from testing. Its a nice hospital. The nurses have been great to my girlfriend, they have taking care of her really well.

Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. From the time you walk in the door till the time you leave.
Uncaring staff in the emergency room, I couldn't even get a pillow for my wife who had just had out patient surgery and was there for extreme pain in her abdomen from having her ovaries and fallopian tubes removed. Their only concern was when we decided to leave due to her extreme pain and their lack of care, they wanted a signature. Absurd. The wheelchairs and waiting room in general are very uncomfortable for any person experiencing extreme pain. Archaic.
