I was very reluctant to start the PHP Program but took the advice of my therapist and decided to give it a try. Keeping an open mind was very helpful and this got me through the program. All the staff was always very encouraging and with their help I started to see where I need to work on myself. First and foremost, they sincerely care about the patients. Carrie Ann Knight is special to me. They saved me and are bringing me from a very dark place due to discrimination and retaliation from work over reporting internal HR racism within HR itself at Mondelez International (the OREO Maker itself) I am an HR professional of over 25 years and am going to lead by example saying it's ok to admit you need help for mental health issues...we all need help at times in life. I was very apprehensive at first not knowing what to expect as I never attended group therapy before. The staff and Doctors were amazing, really compassionate and caring, and really helped me through a very difficult time in my life. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and the group sessions were extremely informative and helpful. If I had not attended this program I'd have no idea where I would be today. Thank you to an amazing team of professionals.
