Horrible customer service!
Very Hard To Do Business When Nobody Answers The Phone Here, Pedro at the front desk is careless on the phone and sounds drugged out. This Management needs to stop overlooking patients care as it is negligent and liable
I just moved to Billings, Mt! I need special Catheters, this place was patient n kind while trying to hunt right catheter down. Multiple catheter being sent back finally tracked down right catheters. Had been experiencing horrible sleeping issues. I was trying to hang onto a now outdated mask for cpap. I walked in without an appointment and was immediately welcomed by Pedro. In about 10 minutes Pedro had me hooked up with a new mask and fresh supplies!!! The last few nights of sleep have been amazing!!! Thank You Pedro!!!!!
I called 11 times back to back for my son's colostomy bags but no answer woulda gave zero stars if I could
