They act so nice. Then you receive your first bill in the mail and immediately threaten collections if you don't pay. Then you pay for months and months for a CPAP while your insurance says they are trying to get ahold of st vincents to pay it off. St vincents will keep billing you even after insurance pays off the device. After 15 months of paying invoices I had to go in person because they do not answer the phone. The people can be nice… sometimes… but the worst at phone answering. You can call over and over and leave voicemails but never get an answer or a call back. Then when you go in they act like you’re a burden
Never get right thru o phone. Cpap people are hard to reach. Have to leave message and wait for days for call back.
Totally worthless in explaining why I am now all of the sudden being billed for cpap supplies. Rude !!!
On my opinion these guys are by far the absolute worst medical supply company in the nation! Never return phone calls and I can't even get them to answer the damn phone!
