I had to visit the ER due to elevated blood pressure. Dr. Lindsay and his nurse Candace were so attentive and took care of me. I was back home in just a few hours with the correct medication. Thank you.
I had one Amazing Nurse today in the ER. Her name was Brittany. She has one amazing nurses heart. May God Bless Her!!
We've been waiting 2 hours in a room and not one nurse or doctor has come in, they're all standing at the nurses station laughing and chit chatting away
Awful service here. Though I realize this is not a hotel. It's a hospital. The Nurse's and medical staff here are about as rude and dismissive as they come. With the exception of Gia..everyone I spoke to act as if they don't want to be there. And that's fine if that's the case but go home or find something else to do. Don't deal with people. I visited the St. Vincent’s UAB Emergency Room today and wanted to recognize the outstanding care I received. Rob (PA), Ashli (nurse), and the woman who took my vitals and drew my blood were all exceptional caregivers. They were attentive, compassionate, and quick to identify what was causing my pain. They got my symptoms under control and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit.
