it's a great hospital,I called ahead to let them know I was coming from Texas .and I wanted to see my mom.we arrived at 11 at night.they let us see my mom.and ask if we want to stay.and made us a bed to sleep!best hospital!!!thank for caring for my mom.Daniel from Texas
I had orthopedic surgery on March 14, 2019. They were professional friendly. They took good care of me.
I personally have never had problems.
I was scheduled for major abdominal surgery to remove a suspect tumor. The surgery went without problems and the surgical team and OR crew were very professional and compassionate. My intended stay was four days, but due to complications, I had to stay ten days because my body did not want to be on that schedule. I was treated with respect, expertise and compassion that entire time. Nothing but garbage! Especially the hotshot physician assistant in the er who thought she was all that and a bag of potato chips. The er is full of nothing but asinine idiots who have gotten comfortable. 👎👎👎
Discharge planner/case manager Kathy sentenced my Mother to die in a nursing home. She barely acknowledged my presence in the room. Had the attitude of "I know best". Would not listen to my concerns.
I recently fell during a local run on the Gorge Bridge and broke my wrist. I was taken to the ER and could not have been better treated! St Thomas has been battling a negative reputation for some time now, but I must make it known that this is on great little hospital! I subsequently had to have surgery and Dr. Minihane took me in ASAP as I was planning a trip that I was not going to miss! The staff in same day surgery were also amazing!
