RecommendedEvery member of the staff from the ER to the PCU has been friendly and has shown genuine concern and care. St Thomas has large, modern ooms and great mediical services. I am not even discharged less than 24 hours after giving birth and you come to me with a bill which clearly can’t be correct of all charges. Then find out you haven’t even billed my insurance yet. Rude and extremely greedy!!!
Long story short... my pregnant wife could not breathe. I took her into the ER at 2:00 in the morning. With her O2 stats at 69, she was admitted immediately. She was admitted to the ICU and eventually intubated. She is doing well now as we prepare for release from ICU to a regular room. The past few days are a blur, but I know that I am eternally grateful to the doctors, respiratory therapists, and nurses who not only saved my wife but also had the care and compassion to care for me in the darkest moment of my life.
Great staff, very attentive and kind!!! Doctors are awesome and very knowledgeable
first impression bad I had to take my son there and we first walk in and you notice how nasty it is. there was used sheets all over and spilled drinks on the floor so we went to a different hospital
my sister was there in intensive care, the way they treated her was a nightmare and her husband also. l hope I never have to have any of my family there.
