Total lack of resources and strict procedures like a big hospital, lack of specialist and supervision. Don’t let the ambulance driver talked you into taking your loved ones to the closest small hospital like Saint Rose, go to a bigger better one.
I called St. Rose Hospital today for help, and I was transferred to two different people. In the end, the call was cut off without anyone helping me. It was very frustrating and disappointing because I needed to update my worker cam info. I hope the hospital improves their phone support so patients and families don’t have to go through this again.

Our experience at St. Rose Hospital's emergency department was marred by significant delays and a lack of communication. After waiting for over 2 hours, we felt compelled to seek care elsewhere. While we understand that emergency departments can be busy, we believe that timely communication can greatly alleviate patient and family stress.
