I am formally expressing my deep dissatisfaction with the level of care my brother received at St Rose Hospital in Hayward. On January 1, 2025, he was admitted due to heart failure, experiencing severe breathing difficulties caused by fluid buildup in his lungs and around his heart. Despite the urgency of his condition, he was kept in the ICU for six hours before being moved to the fifth floor, where two doctors familiar with his case examined him. 20grand for an unnecessary ambulance ride to Oakland. And then these so called medical professionals refused to forward the charts. All tests had to be repeated. These people are a scam.
Very clean, friendly staff. I was there for knee surgery really had a great time!!!
Better off going to the school nurse for an ice pack.
We went ther 4Am in Emergency My wife couldn't speak, I just wanted to explain her problem to him , and the old guy worked looked at me very upset telling me sit down giving me attitude , They should act more professional and stop be so disrespectful very disappointed
