My husband recently had open heart surgery. It was scary and emotionally exhausting. I have to say that the staff (doctors, PA's, nurse's anyone we had an interaction with) in the cardiac unit were truly, wonderful, caring, very knowledgeable people. They explained everything and answered all questions and concerns. We left there feeling comfortable and prepared to go home.
Cannot rave enough about my labor and delivery and postpartum experience! Every single person I encountered was so knowledgeable, thorough and friendly; from the doctors and nurses to the nutrition and administrative staff. I'm a new mom with lots of questions and was given many tools to help me along the way. It didn't end when I was discharged; I was contacted at home to check in on me and baby and also given contact info for additional support. Would recommend times a million!
