Brought my 2 year old son in in July of 2016. Still receiving random bills and collection letters but nobody can confirm what they are for or if I actually owe money or not. Billing department is completely useless. Had to conference in my insurance company on a call with them and they couldn't even begin to explain anything.
There for the birth of my girlfriends granddaughter and was asked to leave the room after sitting there all day very disappointed in not being able to wTch her come into the world

The woman who works the desk at St. Peter's Health Partner on the first floor, 400 Patroon Creek, suite 100 (not the ground floor) is awful. She is so incredibly rude, mean, and wholly unprofessional. You have people going into this office for serious illnesses like cancer. They at least deserve a smile and hello, especially when a patient says hello twice and she just sits there completely miserable and annoyed. Was sad to experience. Replace her
All of the staff from bottom to top are out of this world. Top notch medical professionals the nurses, techs, kitchen staff, everyone I can't say enough about them ALL.
I've been at this hospital to give birth to my twins, when I was ill, and to get surgery. Every time I've been here I've been treated so well. I love the staff, and it's a great place to be cared for. All of my doctors are St. Peter's associates for a reason!
