Overall Care while in the hospital and since!
Worst hospital and Doctor experience of my life. I would rather go without care than return to that awful place.
Had to have emergency heart surgery 9 days ago and received excellent care throughout the whole time. From admission to discharge everything went well, no complaints here about anything.
Had elective surgery and was not given an estimate of cost- now being strong armed into paying the whole balance due- can’t get anyone from billing dept on the phone-awful.
Don’t send your loved one here! Awful hospital staff and lack of empathy and compassion. Go elsewhere!
Ive been on hold with your clifton park office for 26 minutes! trying to reschedule an appointment because my fiance was in labor. the worst customer service experience is being ignored!
After sitting in the ER for 5 hours I asked how much longer it would take to be seen. The Nurse said she accidentally discharged us when we were sent to ultrasound! If I would not have checked we would still be sitting there! Typical upstate NY incompetent hospital .
Had surgery 5 days ago and everyone was so wonderful to me they really care about there Patients I would recommend this hospital to everyone
