I have been a patient there twice. The first time was terrible, the nurses treated me like a burden. But on March 29th I was admitted for another big surgery, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. I had a private room, my husband was allowed to stay with me, and they took excellent care of me. I’d recommend this hospital to anyone

SPH keeps adding property , and facilities to their Health care network. Maybe they need to work on what they have! Because the care at this hospital has been an embarrassment to my chosen profession!! You should not have to stay with a loved one over night because you fear for their safety!!! And if we weren’t with her the last 48 hours who knows what care she would have gotten!! Because either we took care of her needs or she wouldn’t have been taken care of because she was barely checked on !

I would avoid the Urology office in Executive park. A very dear friend of mine waited in agony for 2 months to get in to start. He then was carelessly recommended to get unneeded surgery by a surgery- happy NP ( Jenna Horton) and then gets a totally contradicting DX from the Surgeon who then shews him out of his office with mere advil. No real answers and they did very little to assist him, also did testing without explaining risks or details of why certain things were being done. very little empathy and compassion from this... read more

This place is seriously disgusting. They have people on gurneys in the hallway. There is urine on the floor in the bathrooms (more than one bathroom was found to be in this condition). The nurses and medical personnel were professional and tried their best, but my overall impression of the facility was majorly lacking. I hope that we never have to come back!!

A dear family friend passed last year at this hospital. Some of the staff were very unprofessional, talking to his family regarding putting their dad on a DNR for example in the patient's room. Hearing is the last sense to go and I feel certain he was listening. Among other things scans were done administering contrast knowing he only had one kidney. Consequently and coincidentally he had to start dialysis. I feel like this may have led to his untimely death.
