They have absolutely no consideration for people’s time. They tell you to go to one place, and that place is incapable of performing the service you need. You then go to the hospital itself for lab work—they allowed 5 phlebotomists to go to lunch with a waiting room full of people. One poor woman was trying to handle everything. I’m angry and this experience just reinforces my feelings about past experiences with this pop hospital. If you have a choice DO NOT CHOOSE St. Peter’s Hospital.

SPARC is a DISASTER! Ya'll treat addicts at your SPARC on central ave like they are GARBAGE! They NEVER answer the phones, ALWAYS screwing up appointments, CONSTANTLY making errors on prescriptions. Addicts go there for help, but end up leaving WORSE OFF! All the doctors care about is making money and making sure people are taking as many meds as possible so that bonus check is that much BIGGER! Disgraceful!

Best surgical experience I’ve ever had.
I am an understanding person. After 8 hours in exam room and they are going to admit my Mom. It is now 230am and it has been over 3 hours waiting for a bed upstairs... been here for 11+ hours. This is ridiculous. I understand why my friend recommends not going there! ED is pretty quiet for at least 4 hours... but still no bed.... mom is on a bed in hallway of ED for 6+ hours
