I have to say I have never been to St. Peter's and I work for them. My daughter was very sick and from the moment I got there with her they were great to us. I had on my badge and her father (who works downstairs at the hospital) had on his scrubs and badge as well. They took us right back and made my daughter feel at ease. From Colin (triage nurse) to Dr Cullen, Dr John Esper, Mike (RN) they were amazing as well. They made my daughter laugh and were great to us. This place is ridiculous. Doctor tells u it will be about an hour and a half for recovery then 4 hours later ur still waiting for information on ur loved one and nothing. You ask the receptionist and she says she will make a call but 45 mins go by before she does anything. The after 6 hours of waiting min u still not a word from anyone a nurse finally comes to bring u to recovery and they then tell u that the hospital is full and there are no open rooms...... Unbelievable this place should be shut down and demolished
In my opinion the best hospital in the area!!! Unfortunately over the past few years I have spent a lot of time at various local hospitals with aging parents and other relatives. If some day I have to spend time as a patient myself I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
I have been with seton health turned St. Peter's for the past 15 years! Now I will be taking my family somewhere else. Your office visit prices are outrageous $277 per visit to take my blood pressure and my weight. It's cheaper to goto the emergency room for a $50 co pay. I hope you lose many more patients and I will continue to tell my story to every social media outlets I can and I will provide proof of my statements!!! Worst medical practice I have seen .
