Stay away from this facility. My husband was treated so poorly in the ER that another physician (not affiliated with the ER)actually apologized to us for the horrible way my husband was treated. In fact, my feeling is that my husband was abused at this facility. Maria
I don't understand how I can't get a follow up appointment to my surgery I had and get a script for blood work that the day was already pre scheduled and a call from the office with a time per the surgeon's instructions (a couple of weeks ago). Called three times and have not received a call back. Services paged the doctor for me today but weeks ago could not even page the surgeon when I had jaundice. They laid off employees who Were 2 years from RETIREMENT. RUN TO AMC.
I have had two bad experiences at this hospital and would like to not have to be admitted there again...the staff were nice enough but it was dirty and they were slow...I just prefer Glen's falls hospital over St. Peter's considering I'm dying with ovarian cancer...I feel cancer patients should be treated better
Couldn't have asked for a better surgeon to do surgery on my grandfathers neck, he was so good we're bringing him to see the surgeon again to perform back surgery.
